We Are Hiring – RCM TEAM LEADS – CLAIMS, REMITS

Location: CSEZ, Kakkanad, Kochi

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

 The Claims Team Lead will oversee a team of 5–10 members focused on charge entry and claim submission. This role requires strong knowledge of claims workflows, payer requirements, and the ability to guide the team in achieving accuracy and productivity.

• Lead a team handling charge entry and claim submission while ensuring claim accuracy and timely submissions.
• Train and mentor team members on payer-specific rules and compliance. Serve as the escalation point for claim-related issues.
• Track daily production and quality metrics, reporting to management.
• Train and support team members on EOB interpretation and payer rules.
• Prepare regular performance reports on posting accuracy and turnaround time.

The Remittance Team Lead will supervise a team of 5–10 members handling payment posting, denial management, and reconciliation. This role requires a strong understanding of payer EOBs, denial codes, and remittance workflows.

• Manage daily remittance posting and denial workflows while ensuring accuracy of payments and adjustments entered.
• Oversee denial categorization and resolution.
• Track daily production and quality metrics, reporting to management.
• Train and support team members on EOB interpretation and payer rules.
• Prepare regular performance reports on posting accuracy and turnaround time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / 3-year Diploma with 4+ years in medical billing
• Strong expertise in claim preparation, edits, and payer rules.
• Strong knowledge of payer remittance processes and denial management.
• Team leadership and coaching experience.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and career-focused individuals
