This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role located in Lulu Mall, Kochi. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, overseeing store management, retail loss prevention, and communicating effectively with customers and employees.

Job Description

•Proven experience in Store/Outlet Management or similar roles

•Experience and knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques

•Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service experience

•Strong understanding and ability to manage operational procedures and regulatory compliance

•Excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team.

•Responsible for overall store operations, Sales Target, store profitability. •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similarly related field

•Experience in the apparel industry is preferable.
