Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and service consistency.
• Handle inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
• Manage daily sales, cash, and reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any on-ground issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant (KFC, Dominos, Pizza hut etc)
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage a small team.
• Passionate about food and maintaining quality.
