Student Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through academic planning, support their personal and educational development, and help them succeed in achieving their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic advising to students.
• Assist students in course selection, degree planning, and academic goal-setting.
• Monitor student progress and identify at-risk students for early intervention.
• Maintain accurate advising records and documentation.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative departments to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Conduct workshops and orientation sessions on academic success strategies.
• Stay updated on institutional policies, program requirements, and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Graduate's
• Prior experience in academic advising, counseling, or student services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with student information systems is a plus.
