Duties and responsibilities

● Mentoring students to get their dream education in Abroad universities 

● Be a good listener to understand each student's personal requirements

● Develop a trusted relationship with students as their mentor.

● Suggest an Educational consultant according to their requirements

● Being well informed and updated about the study abroad industry

● Handle both inbound and outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups

● Identify the educational, financial and career goals of the prospective students 

● Attend to student queries promptly and professionally

● Conduct regular follow up of leads

● To provide a professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer expectations

REQUIREMENTS

● Minimum 6 months experience in the study abroad industry

● Good knowledge and experience in Overseas Education

● Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times

● Great Listeners who can build friendly relationships with customers

● Excellent interpersonal, mediation and communication skills

● Individuals with the ability to approach any situation with patience and

powerful empathy

● A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication

● Ability to work In a Startup environment
