We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to guide prospective and existing students regarding courses, admissions, and career options. The counsellor will be responsible for understanding student needs, providing accurate information about academic programs, and supporting students throughout the admission and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities
• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads
• Assist students with the admission and documentation process
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-up details
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions
• Meet monthly admission targets and performance goals
• Address student concerns and provide appropriate guidance and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a student counsellor or in admissions (freshers can apply)
• Excellent communication
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
