Job Overview

Pentad Securities is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Analyst to manage and support multiple business-critical digital platforms. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver a seamless experience for both customers and employees.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong IT understanding, excellent communication skills, and a high bias for action.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all digital platforms (web & mobile applications) implemented at Company.
• Ensure high availability, stability, and accuracy of all systems used by internal teams.
• Act as the single point of contact for all system-related issues and escalations.
• Liaise with external software vendors and back-office teams for timely troubleshooting and permanent resolution of recurring issues.
• Perform regular testing, monitoring, and assessment of systems to proactively identify and prevent issues.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation to reduce resolution time and improve system support processes.
• Ensure timely action and professional coordination during any technical incidents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Freshers with strong IT systems knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in CRM systems or back-office operations is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of software applications and system workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and drive issues to closure.
