Telecaller Outbound

Job responsibilities:

·        Obtaining and updating lists of individuals contact details.

·        Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

·        Providing information about the company’s service and products to potential clients.

·        To have Excellent verbal communication skills.

·        Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.

·        Maintaining accurate records of all calls and client’s interactions in the company’s database.

·        Ability and willingness to do multi tasks for the organization.

• ·        Liaising between borrowers and underwriting departments.
