Telecalling Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, convert leads, and close sales.
• Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Data Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, update databases (CRM), and maintain detailed call records.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call handling targets.
