Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective Shaadi.com users, explain and sell membership plans, understand customer needs, build rapport, close sales, achieve daily/monthly targets, update CRM, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to registered Shaadi.com users
- Explain and sell paid membership plans
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
- Handle objections and close sales
- Achieve daily and monthly revenue targets
- Update CRM and maintain call records
- Ensure positive customer experience
- Candidate Profile:Graduate/Undergraduate
- 6 months–1 year telecalling/sales experience preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Comfortable with phone-based sales
