📞 Telecalling Executive – Job Description🧾 Role OverviewA Telecalling Executive is responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls to promote products/services, handle inquiries, generate leads, and support sales or customer service operations.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Follow up with customers for feedback or payments
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred in Kerala)
• Persuasive and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Active listening skills
• Patience and positive attitude
• Ability to handle rejection calmly
