Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele caller to assist prospective students interested in studying abroad. The candidate will communicate with leads, provide information about international education opportunities, and guide students through the admission and enrollment process, ultimately closing admissions.

Key Responsibilities📞

• Call prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
• Explain study abroad programs, universities, courses, and admission procedures.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
• Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Guide students through the application and admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team for application processing.
• Address student queries regarding tuition fees, visa process, scholarships, and deadlines.
