Job Title: Visa & Immigration Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Visa & Immigration Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the complex process of international relocation, study abroad, or work permits, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Counseling: Provide expert advice to clients on visa categories (Student, PR, Work, Tourist) based on their profiles.
• Documentation: Assist in the collection, verification, and filing of all necessary documents (Passports, Transcripts, Financials, etc.).
• Case Management: Oversee the end-to-end application process and provide regular status updates to clients.
• Compliance: Stay updated on changing immigration laws and embassy protocols for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.
• Interview Prep: Conduct mock interview sessions to prepare clients for embassy/consulate meetings.
• Liaison: Coordinate with third-party agencies (VFS Global) and track application timelines.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (LLB background is a plus).
• Skills: Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), strong research abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Technical: Proficient in MS Office and online visa portals.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years .
• Location: Based in Kochi .
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month .
