Job Summary: As a Cafe Crew Member, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure the cafe runs smoothly. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized cafe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the cafe and take their orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream sundaes, hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Prepare and serve food items, including sandwiches, salads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment
• Operate cash registers and handle customer payments
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
• Answer customer questions and provide recommendations on menu items
• Collaborate with other cafe staff to ensure that the cafe is running efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed
• Basic math and cash handling skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
