• Compensation & Financial BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹ 15,000 (Fixed)
• Overtime: Additional Overtime Pay for extra hours worked.
• Annual Bonus: Performance-based bonus provided annually.
• Allowances: Travel Allowance (TA) and Petrol Allowance for field-related movement.
• Joining Fee: No joining fee is required for this position.
