Job Description

  • Handle installation and wiring of Airtel broadband and fiber connections at customer locations.
  • Lay and maintain optical fiber cables (OFC) and ensure proper connectivity.
  • Assist engineers or technicians during fault repair and maintenance work.
  • Perform jointing, splicing, and testing of cables under supervision.
  • Ensure safe and neat wiring inside customer premises and distribution points.
  • Attend customer complaints related to wiring and connectivity.
  • Maintain basic tools and materials required for daily work.
  • Follow Airtel’s safety and operational guidelines during field activities.
  • Update daily work reports and coordinate with the field engineer or team leader.
