Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager who will be solely responsible for managing the company’s payment collections. The candidate must personally follow up with clients, recover dues, maintain reports, and take necessary actions to ensure timely payment recovery without excuses or delays. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory to effectively communicate with clients across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients directly and follow up on outstanding payments
• Track invoices, payment terms, and due dates without relying on others
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and collections
• Resolve billing-related issues and respond to payment disputes
• Prepare and share weekly collection reports with management
• Recover overdue amounts efficiently and escalate non-paying cases
• Ensure 100% accuracy in receivables reporting and document filing
• Take complete ownership of achieving monthly payment collection targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B collections or receivables
• Must be fluent in Hindi for client follow-up and negotiation
• Working knowledge of English for documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in Excel, invoicing, and accounting software
• Should be disciplined, target-focused, and self-driven
