Job Summary

The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail branch to ensure profitability, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency. This role leads and develops staff, drives sales performance, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Performance Management

• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and KPIs
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
• Identify growth opportunities within the local market

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff
• Set performance goals and conduct performance reviews

3. Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Manage inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention

5. Financial Management

• Manage branch budget and control expenses
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and banking processes

6. Risk & Security Management

• Implement security and safety procedures
• Monitor fraud prevention and loss control measures
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
