• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
• Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reports

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff
• Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
• Resolve employee grievances professionally

Customer Experience

• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively
• Build long-term customer relationships

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Ensure POSH, safety, and statutory compliance
