Client Relationship Executive

Responsibilities ;

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify and assess client needs to offer suitable solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
• Organize and participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Track and report on client relationship metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
