Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new clients in assigned territories.
• Explain product features, pricing, purity, designs, and schemes to retailers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales within the jewellery industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver jewellery products and sales practices.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
