Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture.
• Handle employee lifecycle management including attendance, leave records, performance tracking, and exit formalities.
• Act as a bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth communication and a positive work environment.
• Drive performance management systems and support leadership in team development and productivity improvement.
• Maintain employee records, compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
• Organize training programs to upgrade employee skills and transform staff into responsible team contributors.
• Support administrative activities and contribute to building structured company operations.
• Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• fresher or 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or project-based companies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Strong decision-making ability with a problem-solving mindset.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
