Installation Engineer

Install and activate Airtel broadband and Wi-Fi connections at customer locations.

Ability to work in field conditions.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

0–3 years (Freshers can also apply).

Location : Chennai & Coimbatore 

Lay, route, and terminate fiber optic and LAN cables from pole to customer premises.

Perform indoor and outdoor wiring, including fixing junction boxes and connectors.

Install, configure, and test routers, modems, and network devices.

Check signal strength, internet speed, and Wi-Fi coverage.

Identify and troubleshoot network, cable, and connectivity issues.

Replace or repair faulty cables, connectors, and equipment.

Ensure safe, neat, and proper cable routing as per company standards.

Educate customers on basic Wi-Fi usage and device handling.

Maintain installation, service, and customer work records.

Follow safety guidelines while working at heights and in field conditions.
