Operations & Collection Executive - Textile

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing collections from customers and assisting with daily shop operations. This role requires regular travel, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers in Kerala and Tamil Nadu for payment follow-ups

Collect outstanding payments (cash, cheque, or online)

Maintain regular communication with customers regarding dues

Support day-to-day shop operations including coordination of stock and dispatch

Provide daily updates on collections, pending payments, and any issues

Requirements:

Fluency in Tamil is mandatory

Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred

Willingness to travel regularly for collections (Kerala and Tamil Nadu)

Basic communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge for simple data entry and reporting

Honest, responsible, and disciplined approach to work

Preferred Experience:

Experience in textile, wholesale, or collection-related roles

Familiarity with the Erode textile market

Compensation:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Travel and daily allowances
