Collection Executive / Officer

• Position: Loan Collection Field Executive
• Location: Etah

• Key Responsibilities Visit borrowers/customers as per the assigned portfolio for loan recovery.
• Collect payments and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
• Explain repayment schedules, penalties, and available options to customers.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain daily records of visits, collections, and pending accounts.
• Coordinate with the Collection Manager and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage timely repayments.
• Required Skills & Competencies good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/Local language).
• Basic knowledge of loan/finance process and collection techniques.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• 0–5 years of experience in loan recovery, collections, or fieldwork.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
