Overview A detail-oriented and organized Accountant responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the institution’s financial operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work with financial software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts, including ledger entries, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Prepare and verify daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses as per institutional guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and institutional policies.
• Handle GST/TDS filings, invoices, and other statutory requirements (if applicable).
• Support audit processes by preparing necessary documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related queries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Excel, or others used by the institution).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
