Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the institution’s online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to grow and engage the audience across digital platforms. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and knowledge of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to improve brand visibility and student engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Design posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials aligned with the institution’s branding.
• Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to plan campaigns, events, and announcements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices.
• Boost and run paid social media ads when required.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity.
• Support content creation for website and digital marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proper knowledge about the Digital Marketing, Media, Communication
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, photo/video editing tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
