Work Schedule: 26 working days per month (4 days off)

Salary:

• ₹10,600 (for candidates with basic computer knowledge)
• ₹10,100 (for candidates without computer knowledge)
• Minimum Height Required: 5 ft 7 in

Job Overview

We are looking for responsible and vigilant Security Guards to join our team at Falta. The ideal candidate will maintain security protocols, safeguard property, and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor entry and exit points for personnel and vehicles.
• Regular patrolling of premises to ensure security and prevent incidents.
• Maintain records, logs, and basic documentation as required.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, and unusual situations.
• Ensure adherence to site-specific security procedures.
• Report daily activities and any suspicious behavior to supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum height: 5 ft 7 inches

• Age: 18 years and above
• Physically fit and mentally alert
• Basic computer knowledge preferred (salary varies accordingly)
• Ability to work in 8-hour rotational shifts
• Good communication and discipline
• Valid ID proof required during selection

• Salary: ₹10,600 (with basic computer skills) / ₹10,100 (without computer skills)
