Job Purpose:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions & Accounting:

Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.

Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Monitor and process vendor payments on time.

Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection.

Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.

Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Assist in preparing and filing tax returns.

Keep track of regulatory updates and ensure company adherence.

Banking & Reconciliation:

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Manage fund transfers and ensure proper cash flow.

Liaise with banks for financial transactions and queries.

Financial Reporting & Audits:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary records.

Generate MIS reports for management review.

Process Improvement & Coordination:

Identify areas for improvement in financial processes.

Coordinate with other departments for seamless financial operations.

Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
