Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Accounts Handling – Job DescriptionAn Accounts Handling professional is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and bookkeeping
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups
• Maintaining cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
• Performing bank reconciliation statements
• Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handling GST/TDS entries and supporting statutory filings
• Coordinating with auditors during audits
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Supporting management with financial data and reports

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software -Tally
• MS Excel proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and organizational skills
