Key Responsibilities: ACCOUNT CUM OFFICE COORDINATOR
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Key Responsibilities
- đź“‘ Office Administration: Manage correspondence, filing, scheduling, and general office upkeep.
- đź’° Accounting: Handle invoices, GST entries, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
- 🔄 Operations Support: Assist in buyer order , dispatch, production, warehouse coordination, and vendor management.
- 🤝 Client & Team Coordination: Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- 📊 Compliance & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready records and ensure adherence to company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in office + accounts role preferred
