Key Responsibilities: ACCOUNT CUM OFFICE COORDINATOR


Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Key Responsibilities

  • đź“‘ Office Administration: Manage correspondence, filing, scheduling, and general office upkeep.
  • đź’° Accounting: Handle invoices, GST entries, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
  • 🔄 Operations Support: Assist in buyer order , dispatch, production, warehouse coordination, and vendor management.
  • 🤝 Client & Team Coordination: Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • 📊 Compliance & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready records and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in office + accounts role preferred
