Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, handling taxation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and tax filings.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and support in internal and external audits.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
