Accounting Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day data entry and office accounting tasks. Even if you don't have deep accounting experience, we will provide 15 days of professional training to help you learn our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Creating and processing Sales and Purchase invoices.
• Data Entry: Entering daily cash, bank, and expense entries into the system.
• Stock Management: Keeping track of incoming and outgoing stock (Inventory).
• Documentation: Maintaining physical and digital files for all bills and receipts.
• Bank Work: Basic bank reconciliation (matching passbook entries).

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Commerce background preferred) or Graduate.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of Computers (MS Excel) and any accounting software (Tally/Busy/Zoho) is a plus.
• Traits: High accuracy in typing and a strong desire to learn.
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome!).
