Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Admission Counselor cum Telesales Executive who can manage student counseling, lead follow-ups, and admission conversions efficiently.

The candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English (compulsory). Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an added advantage.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain available programs and courses.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
  • Maintain accurate and updated inquiry, follow-up, and admission records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.
  • Provide pre-admission and post-admission support to students.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and seamless enrollment experience.
  • Required SkillsFluency in Hindi and English (mandatory).
  • Other languages preferred (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, etc.).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented personality.
  • QualificationsAny Graduate or Diploma (Freshers may also apply).
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or counseling will be an added advantage.
  • Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience and performance).
