Job Description

About the RoleAdmantus is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join its education sales team. This is a target-based role, focused on converting leads into successful admissions through effective counselling, follow-ups, and communication.

You will interact with potential students/parents, understand their academic needs, explain course offerings, and guide them through the admission process.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and parents about available courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to increase admissions and achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage and update lead information on CRM or internal tools.
  • Generate leads through telecalling, B2C outreach, and promotional activities.
  • Support B2B tie-ups with coaching centers, schools, and educational partners (if required).
  • Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to provide accurate course information.
  • Assist in creating basic digital marketing or promotional materials (if skilled).
  • Ensure a professional and supportive counselling experience for all students.
  • Required SkillsIntermediate English communication skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B sales, telecalling, or education counselling.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and graphic designing is a plus (optional).
  • Excellent convincing skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM usage.
