Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION OF ASST. MANAGER –PROJECT SALES
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- .
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Provide expert advice to customers on the benefits of solar energy systems and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and site surveys to offer customized solar solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients to close sales effectively.
- Building the Regular Sales Funnel Residential, Schools and Hospitals
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing post-sale support.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and after project completion.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Architects, Electrical Contractors, Civil Contractors
- Coordinate with marketing to promote company products and services through events, campaigns, and promotions.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technology, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to keep the sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate complex technical information.
