Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION OF ASST. MANAGER –PROJECT SALES

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • .
  1. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the benefits of solar energy systems and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and site surveys to offer customized solar solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients to close sales effectively.
  • Building the Regular Sales Funnel Residential, Schools and Hospitals
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing post-sale support.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and after project completion.
  1. Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Architects, Electrical Contractors, Civil Contractors
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote company products and services through events, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technology, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to keep the sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate complex technical information.
