Area Sales Manager

Finsbee is looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive business growth, build and manage channel partners (DSA / Connector / Referral Network), and expand our presence in the financial services ecosystem.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales leadership, team building, and fintech growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage DSA / Channel Partner network
• Drive secured & unsecured loan sourcing (Business Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, etc.)
• Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Executives and Team Leaders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 3–8 years in Financial Services / Fintech / Banking Sales
• Experience in DSA / Channel / Direct Sales

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and growth-oriented mindset
• Good lender market knowledge preferred
