Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Art Director to lead and manage the creative direction of our newborn, maternity, and pre-wedding photography shoots. The role involves conceptualizing themes, styling, and ensuring high-quality visual storytelling while leading photographers and baby wranglers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute creative themes for newborn, maternity, and pre-wedding shoots
• Oversee gown selection, styling, color coordination, and props
• Supervise shoots to maintain creative quality and brand consistency
• Coordinate with photographers, editors, and baby wranglers
• Ensure newborn safety and comfort during shoots
• Work hands-on with Adobe Photoshop and graphic design tools
• Design albums and other visual creatives
• Review and approve final images
• Introduce new trends and creative ideas

Required Skills:

• Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and graphic design
• Knowledge of newborn photography safety
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience in newborn/maternity/pre-wedding studios
• Background in fine arts, graphic design, or styling
