Automotive Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to complaints, record vehicle info, and build rapport.

Diagnosis & Recommendations: Perform visual checks, conduct test rides (with customer if needed), identify issues, and recommend services/maintenance.

Repair Order Management: Write clear repair orders for technicians, detailing customer concerns, labor, and parts, and provide accurate cost estimates.

Coordination: Assign work to technicians, track service progress, and keep customers updated on delays or completion.

Quality & Delivery: Confirm quality checks, explain completed work and charges to customers, and handle complaints professionally.

Follow-up: Maintain service records and follow up with customers for future service needs.
