Position Title:  Backend Staff (Female only)

Location: Faridabaad

Working Days: 6 Days a Week


Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and organized Backend Executive to manage patient follow-ups, handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain NABH-related registers and documentation, and provide reception support when required. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of healthcare administrative procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

📞 Patient Follow-up & Call HandlingMake outbound calls to patients for follow-ups, appointments, and feedback.

  • Attend all inbound calls professionally and redirect them appropriately.
  • Maintain proper call records and follow-up logs.
  • Handle patient queries politely and efficiently.


📋 Backend & Documentation WorkMaintain and update NABH registers and documentation as per compliance requirements.

  • Ensure all records are accurate and properly filed.
  • Coordinate with doctors and staff for required documentation.
  • Maintain patient data confidentiality.


🏥 Reception Support (When Required)Manage front desk activities in the absence of the receptionist.

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and billing support (if applicable).
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/clinic/hospital administration (preferred).
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Familiarity with NABH documentation (preferred).
  • Polite, patient-focused, and well-organized.
