Job Description
- Process mutual fund transactions (SIP, lump sum, redemption, switches)
- Handle client onboarding, KYC verification and documentation
- Coordinate with AMCs, CAMS & KFintech for transaction and service requests
- Prepare and share portfolio reports, capital gains statements, and MIS
- Ensure all client records are properly maintained and audit-ready
- Manage client service requests (bank change, nominee update, folio corrections, etc.)
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements
- Maintain operational timelines and data accuracy
