Job Description

  • Process mutual fund transactions (SIP, lump sum, redemption, switches)
  • Handle client onboarding, KYC verification and documentation
  • Coordinate with AMCs, CAMS & KFintech for transaction and service requests
  • Prepare and share portfolio reports, capital gains statements, and MIS
  • Ensure all client records are properly maintained and audit-ready
  • Manage client service requests (bank change, nominee update, folio corrections, etc.)
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain operational timelines and data accuracy
