Job Title: Office Clerk + Lead Generation Executive (B2B)

Role Overview
- This is a hybrid role combining backend operational responsibility with frontline business growth.
- You’ll be managing the daily flow of orders and inventory while also actively contributing to B2B lead generation and presales conversations.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Lead Generation & Presales
• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (retailers, distributors, clinics, etc.)
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Initiate conversations, explain product offerings, and create interest
• Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures
2. Order Management
• Process incoming orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams
• Track order status and ensure smooth fulfilment
• Maintain proper documentation and records
3. Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
• Coordinate with procurement/manufacturing teams
• Flag low-stock situations proactively
• Maintain organised inventory logs
4. Customer Care (Email & Phone)
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback
• Provide clear and polite responses across channels
• Ensure quick resolution and a smooth customer experience
• Maintain records of interactions
Who This Role is For
• Someone who is organised but not passive
• Comfortable with calling, messaging, and initiating conversations
• Can handle multiple responsibilities without confusion
• Has a problem-solving mindset, not just task execution
• Basic understanding of sales or customer handling is a plus
Required Skills
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email handling, WhatsApp)
• Ability to manage data and follow processes
• Attention to detail and accountability
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or operations
• Exposure to the healthcare/Ayurveda industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools or inventory systems
