Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Take customer orders and process billing (cash, card, UPI)
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, seating area, and equipment
- Ensure proper storage of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients
- Provide product recommendations and upsell menu items
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties
