Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or other systems.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information about products/services and handle objections.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build rapport with customers.
Coordinate with sales or support teams as necessary.
