Job Description

Ø Designation: Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Ø Location: Unit No- 104A Tower-4, RPS 12th Avenue, Sector-27C Faridabad, Haryana - 121003

Ø Office Timings: Mon to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM

Job Description

·        Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.

·        Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.

·        Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

·        Sales Support: Assist senior sales executives in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

·        CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

·        Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and customer feedback.



Qualifications:

·        Education: Regular Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·        Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Motivation: Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a sales role.

·        Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

·        Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
