## Job Title: Business Development Manager

## Department: Business Development, Sales, or Marketing

## Reports to: Director of Business Development, Sales Director, or CEO

## Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.


## Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.

2. Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales pitches, and present to potential clients.

3. Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

4. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.

6. Manage Sales Pipeline: Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

7. Negotiate Deals: Negotiotiate deals, contracts, and agreements with clients and partners.

8. Analyze Sales Performance: Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales processes.


## Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Business Development Skills: Proven business development skills, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

5. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies.

6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer needs.


## Nice to Have:

1. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor activity.
