Business Development Manager (BDM)

1.   We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to support and expand our presence in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key clients, and driving sustainable growth.

2.   Develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, API 6A, and oilfield equipment segments.

3.   Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and service companies.

4.   Understand customer technical requirements, drawings, and specifications.

5.   Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, planning) for quotations and order execution.

6.   Prepare and follow up on RFQs, costings, and commercial proposals.

7.   Track market trends and customer requirements.

8.   Support audits, technical discussions, and client visits when required.

9.   Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

10. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

11. Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.

12. Drive revenue growth, order booking, and profitability targets.
