Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, client acquisition, and closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Lead generation and site visit coordination
- Client handling, negotiation & deal closure
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate sales
- Ability to meet monthly sales targets
- CRM management & follow-ups
- Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
- Market analysis and competitor understanding
