Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in the HR Consultancy / Recruitment industry to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR consulting and recruitment domain.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients through strong relationship-building and consultative selling.
• Handle client onboarding, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality manpower solutions.
• Research market trends to identify new sectors and business opportunities.
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (MBA in Marketing / HR preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Development within HR Consultancy or Recruitment Agencies.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, client requirements, and staffing industry trends.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Salary:₹35,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
