Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, client interaction, lead generation, and market research. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, self-motivated, and passionate about driving business growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads.
  • Assist in developing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
  • Help maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and leads.
  • Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and negotiations.
  • Support in tracking sales metrics and creating reports for analysis.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and client visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
  • Follow up with clients and prospects under the guidance of the Sales Manager.



Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and email campaigns.
  • Prior internship experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
